“Mandatory Fun”

Led by combat veteran Tim Sloan (MAJ, US Army, Certified Moo Duk Kwan® Instructor, Warriors at Ease Level I Certified), this FREE weekly "Veterans' Club" program will combine the power and energy of a traditional, defensive martial art practice with recovery, breathwork, and meditation creating an overall experience of wellness, community, and the pursuit of longevity.
