Rocky Mountain Sports Club Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Indomitable Salmon, LLC DBA Rocky Mountain Sports Club (RMSC). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of our website, facilities, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Membership and Class Enrollment
To participate in our classes and services, you must either become a member or punch card holder of RMSC. Membership is subject to approval by RMSC and may require a membership fee. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and notify us of any changes to your information.
3. Payment and Billing
Membership fees are billed on auto-pay in advance on a monthly basis. Punch cards and drop in fees are purchased on an as needed basis. You authorize RMSC to charge your payment method on file for the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
4. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice to RMSC. Cancellation requests must be received at least 30 days prior to your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. RMSC reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or misconduct.
5. Health and Safety
You acknowledge that participation in fitness classes involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. You agree to assume all risks associated with participation and release RMSC from any liability for personal injury or property damage. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from safely participating in our classes.
6. Code of Conduct
Members and participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by RMSC, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of RMSC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from our website or services without prior written permission.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information, is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Changes to Terms
RMSC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colorado.
