VETERANS’ PROGRAMS

Led by combat veteran Tim Sloan (MAJ, US Army, Certified Moo Duk Kwan® Instructor, Warriors at Ease Level Certified), our FREE Veterans' programs will combine the power and energy of a traditional, defensive martial art practice with recovery, breathwork, and meditation creating an overall experience of wellness, community, and the pursuit of longevity.
