These terms govern use of the Rocky Mountain Sports Club website and services. By using the website or enrolling in a service, you agree to these terms and any additional written terms provided for a specific membership, class, event, or program.

Membership and enrollment

Participation may require registration, a membership, a package, or a drop-in purchase. You agree to provide accurate information and follow studio policies and coach instructions.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Prices, billing frequency, cancellation requirements, and refund eligibility are stated at purchase or in the applicable membership agreement. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing, completed purchases are non-refundable.

Health and participation

Physical activity carries inherent risks. You are responsible for choosing activities appropriate for you, communicating injuries or relevant limitations, and consulting a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate. Participation may require a waiver.

Conduct

Participants must treat staff and other members respectfully, use equipment appropriately, and follow safety and facility rules. RMSC may suspend or terminate access for unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior.
